Handwriting Personality Test is a small, independent web project. This inbox is read by the same person who built the test — not a ticket queue, not a bot. Write in your own words and you will get an answer in plain words.

The only address we use. Every reply comes from it too, so you can check it against the sender before you trust a message.

• How fast: usually within two days, often the same day.
• Which language: English gets the quickest reply. Japanese, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish are welcome too — we read them with translation help and do our best to answer in the same language.
• What we do with your message: read it, reply, and keep it only as long as the conversation needs. You are not added to any list. There is no newsletter to unsubscribe from.
• What we do not have: a phone line or live chat. Email is the whole support desk, and we would rather do that one thing properly.

Help with a Deep Reading purchase

So we can find your order on the first try, include:

• the email address you typed at checkout;
• roughly when you paid, and with what (PayPal, card or Google Pay);
• what happened: no email arrived, the link does not open, the payment was declined, or you were charged more than once.

Refunds

Email us within 7 days of purchase and we refund the Deep Reading, no questions asked and no “are you sure” follow-up. The money goes back to the payment method you used. Include the checkout email so we can find the order. The full wording is on the Terms & Refunds page.

The email with your reading never arrived

Check your spam or promotions folder first. Then open your result on this site and use RESEND EMAIL + PDF in the unlocked reading panel; it sends a fresh private link to the same address. If that still fails, write to us with the address you used and we will send it by hand.

Something looks broken

A page that will not load, a share card that renders wrong, a translation that reads oddly, a question that seems to score backwards — tell us the page address, your device and browser, and what you expected instead. Bug reports are a gift; we fix the real ones and credit you if you want.

Ask anything about what the site stores. The short version: your handwriting test answers never leave your device, and if you buy a Deep Reading we keep the delivery email and your seven handwriting scores so we can deliver it and honour refunds. The Privacy Policy lists every item and why.

Attribution, corrections and takedown requests

Everything on this site is meant to be original or properly credited — the About page says what is ours and what is public domain. If you believe something should be credited differently or removed, send the page address and what you would like changed. These are read before anything else.

Press, teachers, streamers and collaborations

Using the test in a class, a stream or an article? Go ahead — it is free, and a link back is all we ask. We are happy to explain how the 30 questions are scored, how the 42 combinations are named, and what the test cannot tell you.

If the test got something right about you — or hilariously wrong — we would genuinely like to hear it. Screenshots of your share card, your Handwriting Compare with a friend, or a note about which question made you stop and think: these are the messages that keep a fan project alive.

After you send

You will hear back from support@handwritingpersonalitytest.net. If three days pass with nothing, check your spam folder and send the message again — it was most likely lost, not ignored.
